The advanced search area can be populated with preferential metadata options by the administrator or, by individual users. Users can utilize a range of criteria to perform searches. Custom-defined filters, single-click categories and user-specific projects and collections can also be used to locate assets. Previous and saved searches are available for users to quickly retrace their steps or establish patterns in their workflow.
Assets can be copied to predefined locations in the cloud, to remote servers, or to local resources. This is useful delivering client orders of assets or when sharing resources to partner companies. The publishing function helps maintain a step of approval between users and assets. Depending on permissions, assets can also be emailed or shared through social networks.
Administrators can predefine the pixel dimensions of each image asset via the transcoding tool on the back end. These custom conversions can be created automatically, or on the fly as the user requires them. One time custom crops can also be made within the application.
